Make sure you know:

-that force has a direction and can be measured

-the affect of friction: that it slows movement

-that electric and magnetic forces push or pull objects without touching

-that acceleration means a change in speed or direction

-that inertia keeps you moving even though the thing you are riding in turns

-that more force means more acceleration

-that simply machines reduce the amount of work (effort) it takes to do something

-how to change the shape of something or the surface that it's on to increase or descrease movement

-how contact forces touch objects to speed up, slow down, or change direction and non-contact forces like gravity act on objects
